Abby Bechtel and I did this project together. We made a picture of two girls combined into one face. First we put a line down the middle of the canvas to show the separation of the faces, then we drew the head and shoulders. After that we drew the facial features, then we drew the hair and added color to the face and hair. We looked up a quote on the internet then wrote it in black sharpie in the background. Lastly we colored the back blue. (Abby did the left face and I did the right face) Some problems that we had were trying to get the head a good shape and putting the line right down the center of the canvas. It took us a couple of tries before we got the line in the right spot. I am most proud of the quote in the background because I think it fits with the picture that we drew. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbRMCgtcchw
I like the idea of how you added a quote of Dr. Seuss. I also like the different looks on the girl on each side. To me it seems as if you are trying to tell people that you are who you are and that no one is the same. Good job!
